Do you sometimes dream what life could be? I am not thinking of these unrealistic dreams, which are not linked to reality. I am thinking of dreams which have the power of reality, which could become true. I mean dreams which are visions of sincere change! Such dreams have partly driven our history. Without such dreams, there would be no development. Dreams are an important part of our life - they give us ideas and guidance, when we think about where we want to go ... I dream of a society, where people are honest with each other - and at the same time are driven by care and consideration. It is a dream of a diverse society, with many different people in it. They do not necessarily agree on things - they will have many different opinions, ways to do things, approaches and emphasis. But they are willing to accept that there are other ways, and they know that everyone wants to live and wants to have a part of the resources. {{2010_01_18.jpg }} I am dreaming of a society, where work and effort pays. When people put work into things, they will earn their reward. Those who put the seed into the ground will also take part in the harvest! It is a society of justice and reliability. It is a society, where people work for their living, and they earn their living. It is a society which does not pause to generate reasonable human work for everyone. It is a society which provides teaching and learning for every child and every human of all age groups. It is a society which helps those, who have difficulties, and trains them to become a valuable member of the community. It is a society who cares for all its members, the strong as well as the weak. It is a society which combines freedom and guidance. But life will be more. People need to be filled by purpose. I dream of a society where everyone is linked to the source of life. Where everyone is free, but also everyone is filled with meaning. Faith provides purpose by bringing us into the presence of God. He is the source of life and the final goal and target of everything what is. A society who knows the loving and pure God, will be able to withstand the temptations of power, ignorance and cruelty. I dream of a society where people have compassion and dedication for each other. I am dreaming of many joint efforts to move our community into the directions which are beneficial to everyone. It is wonderful to work together with others and make progress with things. Humans are created with strength, motivation and the ability to carry out work and to create. If we organize our community in a smart way, we will be able to let it prosper - both physically and spiritually. I am dreaming of true life in every life, of true purpose for everyone of us, of many people living in the spirit of Jesus everywhere on this planet.
