What is your personal way out of trouble? How do you deal with conflicts and difficulties in your daily job. Over the past days I had a lot of conversations with people who have to deal with trouble. And there are different strategies which people choose to deal with it ... {{2015_04_24.jpg }} **How to deal with trouble ...** There are two colleagues of mine, who have quite different strategies to deal with trouble - leading to a lot of conflicts themselves due to the differences in reaction patterns. You might fight directly, and if you do not succeed you might retract and search your own freedom. Or you might fight by staying there, by slowing the situation down, but by pushing on other levels. I also see some fighting with lies, with using information flow to control or at least influence others. You might try to find different measures and steps in your challenges. Some try to appeal to the reason of the other person. Sometimes this works, and a joint way can be found. Sometimes the others just ignore it and use dirty tricks to reach their goals. I cannot even say that it is interesting what I have to observe, some things are just very bad. There are those who stay with the truth and just work in times of trouble. I love them. They hold the system, keep it going. And truth and work are the main ingredients which lead to sustainable prosperity, in basically all circumstances. You can go through trouble by just staying calm and doing your job. {{ 2015_04_24_2.jpg}} **Consolation and Encouragement ...** To me, in all of this the biblical words about God being the redeemer are of tremendous importance. He leads us in trouble and out of trouble. He is the one who can keep us on a straight path, where truth is not compromised, where it is combined with love and where our anger does not become destructive. And God can do a lot. He can help you with unbelievable things, small and large, on a daily basis. God is good, and he is the living God, the living savior. God is not dead, but alive. He is God, the one who can guide us, the one who is pure and just. He wants us to be free, but also to be pure. In Christ Jesus all this comes together, full redemption gained at the cross, and full support prepared for each and everyone at Pentecost. The holy spirit wants to be in our life, every day, every minute. It is good to know, God, that you are there, and that you are the living savior.
