It is good when you are supported. It is good when you know that you are a joy for someone. Do you know how much you yourself are a joy for others? Yes, you are - no doubt about that! {{2015_05_07.jpg }} **Astonishing and Beautiful ...** A lot of people are a joy for me. Humans are fantastic beings. They have a natural beauty. The way men and women are made, is just astonishing. I could sit there in a cafe somewhere in town and just watch people - how they move, how they talk, what they do. There are many who rush along. There are the school kids who go to school or come from school. There are businessmen and women, in suits, with ties. There are all those who work here, service, sales, cleaning. They all look astonishing. Gifted with either physical beauty or with many other skills. It is fantastic to sit and see! When people act in the right way, that is part of their beauty. When you do wrong, it does not make you beautiful. There is a beauty around people which comes from a pure heart. Sometimes it seems to be there, a strong spirit of beauty coming from within. Call it a miracle. Or just enjoy. {{ 2015_05_07_2.jpg}} **Pleasure in his people ...** 1 Praise the Lord! Sing to the Lord a new song, his praise in the assembly of the godly! 2 Let Israel be glad in his Maker; let the children of Zion rejoice in their King! 3 Let them praise his name with dancing, making melody to him with tambourine and lyre! 4 For the Lord takes pleasure in his people; he adorns the humble with salvation. 5 Let the godly exult in glory; let them sing for joy on their beds. 6 Let the high praises of God be in their throats and two-edged swords in their hands, 7 to execute vengeance on the nations and punishments on the peoples, 8 to bind their kings with chains and their nobles with fetters of iron, 9 to execute on them the judgment written! This is honor for all his godly ones. Praise the Lord! (Psalm 149) This psalm is remarkable. God himself takes pleasure in his people. He himself enjoys those who are with him in humility and the joy of salvation. It is fantastic, to be a part of this joy, to be able to enter it, to receive it, to enjoy it. Wow!
