====== In the Middle of our Life I ... ====== ====== In the Middle of our Life I ... ======

-Monday, August 21, 2017.  +Monday, August 21, 2017. Where is God in our life? Where is he? With all the difficulties of this
+life, the problems on this earth, with all the trouble we have - where is God? Is it possible to believe
+at all? Is he there? Where? Is it all an illusion? Perhaps we should just give up completely.

-** Umbelievable words! ...**+** Questions ...**

- +Can we find God in the middle of our life? Or do we need to go to a remote mountain, or any other remote
+place? What is it that lets us find the creator? Where is he hiding? This is what many of us ask sometimes.
+How to find God? And it seems to be difficult.
 +
+Some claim that they have found. And we all know that there are different religions and different teachings -
+so what to believe? And why? How to gain a fundament for our faith? Should we have faith at all?
 +
+I believe that you should not have faith just picked out of the thin air. You should have a faith that
+has a solid foundation. And this foundation is Jesus himself, what he says, what he did and does. He is
+the one who God sent, he is God himself, who came to us as a human, to talk to us, and to save us. Let
+us listen to some of Jesus' words, from his famous sermon on the mount (Matthew 5-7):

-1 In the first book, O Theophilus, I have dealt with all that Jesus began to do and teach, until the day when he was taken upafter he had given commands through the Holy Spirit to the apostles whom he had chosen. He presented himself alive to them after his suffering by many proofsappearing to them during forty days and speaking about the kingdom of God. 4 And while staying1 with them he ordered them not to depart from Jerusalembut to wait for the promise of the Fatherwhich, he said, “you heard from me; 5 for John baptized with waterbut you will be baptized with2 the Holy Spirit not many days from now.+And he opened his mouth and taught themsaying: “Blessed are the poor in spiritfor theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 4 “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. 5 “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth. 6 “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousnessfor they shall be satisfied. 7 “Blessed are the mercifulfor they shall receive mercy. 8 Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. 9 “Blessed are the peacemakersfor they shall be called sons1 of God

-** Blessings ...**+** Mercy and Care ...**
 +
+God is the God of mercy and care. He is the God who created it all, from the very beginning until today. Each
+and every human is created and wanted by the eternal Lord. He wants to be with us, to live with us, and to
+care for us. We just need to ask him to do so!

+"Blessed are the poor in spirit". God says that those, who know that they need him, who are poor, poor in
+the spirit, those are blessed. They can be lucky, since God cares for us, in particular when we are in
+need and when we tell him our needs. God does not need the big and great - he has created everything, from
+the smallest child to the oldest man. He wants to care for all, and he wants us to care for all.

+Blessed are the meek. Blessed are the merciful. God loves all of us, in particular when we recognize and
+live in the love, meekness and mercy which he is himself. When you search for God, when you want to know
+where he is: he is there, right in your life, with the words of Jesus.
+He is just waiting for you to turn to him, to listen, to open ears
+and eyes, and to trust him with what you do, what you think, what you are!
