Warum Lehre? ...

Wenn du mit neuen Methoden arbeitest, dann lernst du Lehre zu schätzen. Du möchtest weitergeben, was du gefunden hast. Du musst deine Ergebnisse in kohärenter Weise zusammenstellen.

Notwendigkeit von Lehre …

Allein aus praktischen Erwägungen brauchen wir gute Lehre. Sie ist ein Werkzeug, um das Wissen, welches wir zu einem bestimmten Thema haben, zu sammeln und zu ordnen. Wir müssen zusammenstellen, WAS wir wissen, und WIE Dinge getan werden können. Wir müssen zusammenstellen, WARUM wir Dinge in der Art tun, wie wir sie tun.

Wie könntest du effektiv arbeiten, ohne Dinge in kohärenter Weise zusammen zu stellen? Wie können wir gemeinsam mit anderen arbeiten und kommunizieren, ohne zu wissen, worum es bei unseren Worten geht, und welche Begriffe wir wie benutzen? Definitionen von Worten, Beschreibungen, Ergebnisse, die Beziehung zwischen verschiedenen Dingen … all das ist nötig.

Es gibt einige von uns, die sind darin begabt, in der Lehre zu arbeiten. Sie sind begabt darin, Ergebnisse zusammen zu stellen. Es kann Spaß machen, auf sie zu hören, wenn sie ein Thema erklären. Sie haben Spaß daran, das zu tun. Und da sind andere, die sind weniger darin begabt, und arbeiten lieber daran, Dinge zu managen, oder Dinge zu tun - sie nicht nur zu beschreiben. Wir brauchen einander, wir brauchen die verschiedenen Begabungen - sowohl in unserer beruflichen Umgebung, als auch in der Gemeinde!

Biblische Worte über Lehre …

In seinem Brief an die Gemeinde in Ephesus schreibt der Apostel Paulus über Lehre, ebenso wie über unterschiedliche Begabungen und Rollen in der Kirche:

11 Und er hat einige als Apostel eingesetzt, einige als Propheten, einige als Evangelisten, einige als Hirten und Lehrer, 12 damit die Heiligen zugerüstet werden zum Werk des Dienstes. Dadurch soll der Leib Christi erbaut werden, 13 bis wir alle hingelangen zur Einheit des Glaubens und der Erkenntnis des Sohnes Gottes, zum vollendeten Mann, zum vollen Maß der Fülle Christi, 14 damit wir nicht mehr unmündig seien und uns von jedem Wind einer Lehre bewegen und umhertreiben lassen durch trügerisches Spiel der Menschen, mit dem sie uns arglistig verführen. 15 Lasst uns aber wahrhaftig sein in der Liebe und wachsen in allen Stücken zu dem hin, der das Haupt ist, Christus, 16 von dem aus der ganze Leib zusammengefügt ist und ein Glied am andern hängt durch alle Gelenke, wodurch jedes Glied das andere unterstützt nach dem Maß seiner Kraft und macht, dass der Leib wächst und sich selbst aufbaut in der Liebe. Paulus beschreibt den Sinn biblischer Lehre. Sie ist dazu da, uns zu leiten, um auf Christus Jesus hin zu wachsen. Er ist der Kopf und das Zentrum unseres Lebens. Der Sinn aller Lehre ist es, uns vorzubereiten und unser Training anzuleiten: im Glauben zu leben. Ziel ist es, den Glauben zu leben - einen soliden Glauben, der gut gegründet ist und nah an der Realität des lebendigen Gottes. (Roland Potthast) ... weitere Texte
