Wednesday, March 25, 2009. If we start to think about Jesus' vision for our world, it gets better and better every day. It is like starting a crazy and exciting adventure. Jesus has so many good ideas, how we could do things much better than they are. He has so many suggestions which are 2000 years old and yet newer than anything our society has produced since then. Why is this guy so young? Why is he so encouraging, so dynamic and calm at the same time?

Thinking about visions also needs thought about the way to reach them. Visions are one part, the realization of visions is another bit. When we talk about Jesus' visions, the realization is as exciting as the vision itself. He does not fall behind when it comes to reality. He knows exactly what problems arise as soon as we start to realize any little part of his gospel, of his visions. He knows mankind extremely well - better than we can ever imagine!

Jesus starts to realize his visions in the personal range. He wants us to give it a start. He does not want us to tell others how to do it. But he also knows that we are not very strong, not good in doing all this on our own. So he promises his help, he is there - even every day - through his holy spirit. He provides so many options for us to talk to him, to experience his presence, to learn from him through the bible, through the church or through other people. [R.P., Reading, UK]
