There is something which can shape our whole life, something fantastic, original, refreshing, renewing, unstoppable, unbeatable, never ending …!

Colors of Love …

When you see a beautiful women, you can be impressed. Beauty can lead to love. There are so many beauties in our life - natural, human and also skills and abilities and the work of our hands! Artist try to shape beautiful things. They try to explore reality, interaction, relationships, forms, shapes, colors, …

There are so many colors of love! There is brothers and sisters. There is men and women. There is beautiy in science, in music, in art, in relationships, in dance, in sculpture, in painting, in products, … There are so many colors of love. Love is adoration. Love can mean peace, but also unrest. It can be a driver. it can be a burning flame, giving you strength, patience, impatience, urgent actions! Let us look into the song of Solomon, where he sings about love:

If only you were to me like a brother, who was nursed at my mother’s breasts! Then, if I found you outside, I would kiss you, and no one would despise me. 2 I would lead you and bring you to my mother’s house— she who has taught me. I would give you spiced wine to drink, the nectar of my pomegranates. 3 His left arm is under my head and his right arm embraces me. 4 Daughters of Jerusalem, I charge you:

Do not arouse or awaken love until it so desires.

5 Who is this coming up from the wilderness leaning on her beloved? Under the apple tree I roused you; there your mother conceived you, there she who was in labor gave you birth. 6 Place me like a seal over your heart, like a seal on your arm; for love is as strong as death, its jealousy unyielding as the grave. It burns like blazing fire, like a mighty flame, like the very flame of the Lord. 7 Many waters cannot quench love; rivers cannot sweep it away. If one were to give all the wealth of one’s house for love, it would be utterly scorned. (Song of Solomon 8)

The perspective of love …

Love can be in all parts of your life. I do not only mean the love between man and woman. I mean the flame of love, as it comes from the Lord, the creator, the God of all that is. The flame of love can be in your job, in your work, in your words! It can be in your relationships. It can be in your writing, in your listening, in your helping, in your production! Yes, test it, start to go this direction!

Love does not need to be blind. Love can be full of insight - yet it does not need to despair. It can see the limitations and failures of some person, yet it does not need to give itself up. It is love, it is there, it is renewed every minute of its life. It is a flame of the Lord!

God is love, writes the apostle John. This unlimited flame of love comes from him. And wants to pass it on. He wants us to take part, to be reached by it, to be filled by it, to be driven by it! He wants us to become love ourselves, to let go and be renewed as love is renewed, to be unconditional, yet full of truth. Love can be everywhere in our life, day and night, morning and evening.
