Who is determining our path? ...

Monday, July 18, 2011. The holiday time can be good to think about the various bits and pieces of our life. I have been thinking about guidance, about leadership, about who and what is determining our path.

Influence and leadership …

I have been sitting in a meeting recently, where two leaders in our organization had a discussion about how to setup a particular project. One wanted it one way, the other one wanted it another way. They both were not authorized to make executive decisions for the other part …

He wants me to be important for others, for the people around me, for society.

Today, we should look towards him with a fresh view and ask him to guide us. His guidance can help us day by day and resolve the many questions we have. He has more to give than the leaders around us, and he can free us to do what is needed. We want to talk more about that over the next days … ... more texts
