Silence can be full of purpose. Silence does not need to be an empty space. It can be a time full of meaning. It can be a pleasure. It can be peace. Silence can be a kind of heaven. Silence can be my source for activity. It can be the starting point for new ideas, for new plans, for a new creation. Silence can be fullness, it can be so much …!

God's silence …

We hear of Jesus, that he went into the silence with God. He spent time with him, with his heavenly father. He looked for a lonely spot, to be in silence with him.

God's silence is a peaceful silence. It is a silence full of purpose. It is a silence where we start to discover his plans and our plans, his personality and our personality.
